What is Aetheria?

Aetheria is the next step in home automation evolution.

With Aetheria you can control up to 420 devices from a single command unit. Each PC can have a maximum of 16 Command Units, Allowing Nearly 7000 total individual shades and lights.

Aetheria can be networked with the Onyx Server Platform to provide user Authentication, centralized management of Shades/Lights/Security Systems, and door access. Aetheria uses the control system from Window Shading Technology.

Aetheria comes pre-configured with the ability to maintain an unlimited number of configurations. By using Windows™ standard authentication mechanisms, Aetheria is able to limit use to authorized users on a machine, or to all users, we're easy.

Hablamos Español, Wij Spreken Nederlands, Nous Parlons Français. Aetheria is capable of working in any of 6 languages. including Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, English, and German. Want to add a language? Contact us.

Want to pin-protect a particular shade? Aetheria Security can provide a user-settable password or pin-code, to provide an added level of security.

Aetheria Also includes a set of utilities to migrate an installation across PCs by using compact flash cards or other removable media.

Onyx is Aetheria's Big-Sister, Onyx can provide access to an unlimited number of profiles, logins, groups, and shades. Onyx is not limited by the constraints of regular Windows™ PCs and can hence adress many more shade control nodes by using ethernet technology.
