Disk Imaging Suite for xTools 1.2

This addon allows for direct device support for Windows 2000/XP.

Disk Imaging Suite Allows users to perform backups on a live Windows 2000/XP System. Data confidence and compression services are provided by xTools, which in combination with DIS for xTools, Allows users to create backups that Span Multiple CD-R, DVD-R or External Harddisks. Users can even make 1:1 Copies of Harddisks within Windows 2000/XP.

Disk Imaging Suite also Allows users to Mount and Access Images as if they were a harddisk on the system, This is accomplished by our state-of-the-art Image Redirector.

Disk Imaging Suite Also includes Image Manager 1.0. Image Manager can maintain a list of all your Disk Images, and ISO Images, Mount them and Check them for errors.

DD allows the user to access at the physical level the raw data on a given device, dd functions much as it's unix™ counterpart, with notable exceptions, dd is not compatible with existing scripts: The format used by Windows to identify drives and volumes is completely different from that used in unix. Information and a detailed user manual will be available within the installation package. Integrated MD5 Checksumming is included.
